Approach: Coaching is based on the Flippen Personal Profile, a statistically validated behavioral and performance assessment tool used to identify core competencies and behavioral attributes. The Flippen Personal Profile acts as a basis for a personalized action plan by combining a self-profile with input from several close associates or colleagues. Participants complete the profile on-line in advance of their first coaching session. We also identify strengths through Tom Rath's Strength Finder 2.0. Participants: Leadership-coaching is valuable for anyone who aspires to excel as a leader, entrepreneur, pastor, teacher, spouse, parent or other leadership roles.
Getting started: The initial Flippen online self-profile takes about 15 minutes. You will be asked to enter the names and email addresses of 6 close associates to provide the 360 feedback essential to a comprehensive life-changing report. Once the data has been collected, our staff will contact you to schedule your first coaching session. The Strengths Finder assessment takes about 30 minutes to complete.
Coaching progression: Following the completion of the online profiles, coaching takes place in 3-4 in person or over the phone sessions (two to four weeks apart). Additional leadership coaching is available to increase your effectiveness and influence as a leader.
